- Q - How can I place an order?
A - You can place an order using our shopping cart store.nickchavezbeverlyhills.com.
- Simply add a product(s) to your cart
- Once finished adding products, click "proceed to checkout" tab.
- You can checkout as a "guest" or create an account.
- Enter "billing" information
- Enter "shipping" information
- Enter "credit card" information
- Click the submit tab and your order is now placed. You will receive an email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will then receive tracking information.

Q – Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
A- Please see our Return Policy and Process by clicking HERE
PLEASE NOTE: We do not handle any outside orders such as QVC or any other vendor. You must contact them directly.
- Q - I have not received my product and would like to check status?
A - Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can also log into your account and check status.
- To log into your account, click on the "My Account" tab at the top of our web site.
- Login using your email and password. (If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot Your Password?" link on the checkout page. Your password will be emailed to you.
- You will then see the dashboard of your order(s) status.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment. - Q - Do you ship overseas or to Canada?
A - We only ship within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to CANADA.
