  • Q - How can I place an order?
    A - You can place an order using our shopping cart store.nickchavezbeverlyhills.com.
    1. Simply add a product(s) to your cart
    2. Once finished adding products, click "proceed to checkout" tab.
    3. You can checkout as a "guest" or create an account.
    4. Enter "billing" information
    5. Enter "shipping" information
    6. Enter "credit card" information
    7. Click the submit tab and your order is now placed. You will receive an email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will then receive tracking information.

  • Q – Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?

    A- Please see our Return Policy and Process by clicking HERE

    PLEASE NOTE: We do not handle any outside orders such as QVC or any other vendor. You must contact them directly.

  • Q - I have not received my product and would like to check status?
    A - Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can also log into your account and check status.
    1. To log into your account, click on the "My Account" tab at the top of our web site.
    2. Login using your email and password. (If you have forgotten your password click on "Forgot Your Password?" link on the checkout page. Your password will be emailed to you.
    3. You will then see the dashboard of your order(s) status.
  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.   • Q - Do you ship overseas or to Canada?
    A - We only ship within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to CANADA.
