Method of Payment

VISA, MasterCard and associated Debit Cards, are the only method of payment currently accepted online. We do not currently accept American Express (AMEX) or Discover Card.

For Orders placed on, you can contact us by email. Please refer to your order number when contacting us. PLEASE NOTE: We do not handle any outside orders such as QVC, or any other vendor. You must contact them directly.

Product Availability

When an item is listed as "out of stock" on the website, the product is currently unavailable. Please check back on a later date.



Orders within Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):

  • Orders of $75 or above: FREE Shipping


Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Delivery can take up to two weeks however, dates may vary depending on geographical location. We only ship within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. 

We do not currently ship to Australia, Asia or Europe or the rest of the world. 

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays will be processed on the following business day.




Method of transport
All orders shipping within the Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be sent via FedEx ground service. Shipping times may vary.

Orders to Canada are shipped with UPS. 

International Shipping regrets that we are unable to ship to addresses outside the Continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Return Policy

At Nick Chavez Beverly Hills, our goal is to provide hair products that meet and/or exceed our customers’ expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product and any free gifts received with purchase of the product must be returned to us in the original packaging.

We will refund the full purchase price of the product and any sales taxes paid. NCBH does not refund any shipping & handling charges and/or sales taxes paid for shipping and handling. In the event that we mistakenly send you the incorrect product (including incorrect product color) we will, in addition to the purchase price, refund your original shipping & handling costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the shipping costs to return the product.

All returns must have a completed Return Form filled out with an RMA #. Without an RMA#, we cannot process a return. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible. Once we have received the product and processed your return, we will notify you via e-mail. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your account.

Please note that NCBH is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. We reserve the right to cancel and/or change our return policy at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return form is not completed and returned and/or the product is not returned in its original packaging. We do not exchange any products at this time.

We are unable to process a refund without an authorization number (provided by customer service). Once customer service has approved your request, we will process your refund within 72 hours of authorization.
